Analytics
Open Analytics in the Valotrix Cart Rewards admin sidebar. The page is gated by plan tier - every plan sees the four headline KPI tiles. Growth and above adds the AOV comparison cards, conversion funnel, daily chart, and per-campaign breakdown. Scale adds period comparison, CSV export, and the recent-activity feed.
The four KPI tiles (every plan)
Across the top of the page, four tiles summarize the date range:
- Total Orders - every paid order in the date range, whether a Valotrix Cart Rewards campaign fired or not.
- Promotion Orders - orders where at least one Valotrix Cart Rewards campaign matched and a gift was attached. Below the number you'll see the conversion rate (promotion orders ÷ total orders).
- Gifts Given - total gift line items across all promotion orders. Below the number you'll see the per-order average when there's at least one promotion order.
- AOV Lift - percentage difference between AOV-with-Valotrix and AOV-without-Valotrix in the same date range. Below the percentage you'll see the two AOV values side-by-side ($X vs $Y) once there's at least one promotion order.
AOV comparison (Growth and above)
Above the four-tile row, Growth / Pro / Scale plans see a two-card "Sales with rewards / Sales without rewards" block - total revenue and order count side-by-side for the same date range. Free sees a locked card with an upgrade CTA.
Daily chart (Growth and above)
A line chart breaks down orders-with-gifts vs orders-without-gifts by day across your date range. Useful for spotting which days of the week your campaigns lift conversion most. Free sees a locked card.
Conversion funnel (Growth and above)
A Conversion Funnel card shows the visitor → cart → promotion-eligible → checkout → order drop-off for the date range. Useful for identifying whether the gap is at threshold-hit-rate or checkout-completion. Free sees a locked card.
Per-campaign breakdown (Growth and above)
Below the chart, a Campaign performance table breaks down each metric per campaign, plus a campaign filter dropdown that lets you scope every metric to a single campaign - useful for comparing recipes (which threshold drives more conversions, which gift gets picked more often in choice popups, which tier in a tiered campaign is the sweet spot). Selecting "All campaigns" returns to the full view.
Period comparison (Scale only)
The Compare control next to the date picker is Scale only (gated by the same exportData flag as CSV export). Toggling it on adds a "Period Comparison" section that shows the same KPIs for a previous equal-length window with delta percentages. The button label is Compare periods when off, Hide comparison when on.
CSV export (Scale only)
The Export CSV button is Scale-only and downloads a flat CSV (named like vltrx-analytics-<from>-to-<to>.csv) covering every visible metric. Free / Growth / Pro see a locked card with an "Upgrade to Scale" CTA. If you'd rather pull the same data programmatically into your warehouse, the Scale-plan public REST API exposes it under the analytics endpoint.
Recent activity feed (Scale only)
Below the campaign performance table on Scale plans, a Recent activity card lists the last 20 gift-related events from the date range - each row shows the event type (gift added, gift removed, order with gift completed), the campaign and rule name, the variant title, and the time it happened. Useful for a real-time pulse on which campaigns are firing right now without filtering the analytics by date.
Free / Growth / Pro see a locked card with an "Upgrade to Scale" CTA in place of the feed.
