What unlocks at each tier
- Free. 1 campaign, 1 rule. Cart-subtotal and cart-total triggers only. Fixed rewards, automatic discounts, basic analytics, live chat. Good for testing.
- Growth. 3 campaigns, 5 rules. Adds all line-level conditions (collection, specific product, specific variant, minimum quantity, custom note on a line, subscription line). Tiered rewards, full simulator, full analytics, progress-bar messaging, custom branding (toast/banner text/colors). 3 theme-block placements.
- Pro. Unlimited campaigns and rules. All 17 conditions including customer-tag, market, country, and discount-code presence. Gift-choice popup, per-customer limits, full visual branding (colors/fonts/CSS), audience + geo targeting, priority support. 10 theme-block placements.
- Scale. Everything in Pro plus A/B testing, developer-facing REST API + outbound webhooks (for piping campaign data into your own warehouse or automation tools), custom widget code, and CSV export of analytics. Unlimited theme-block placements. (The
?vltrx_debug=trueURL parameter that surfaces the in-browser console diagnostic works on every plan; the richer server-side debug payload it can request is Scale-only.)

Annual billing
Annual plans save ~17% off twelve months of the monthly rate. Same features as monthly. Billed via Shopify Billing (single annual charge) - not stored on Valotrix Cart Rewards's side.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (you keep paid features until then). Your campaigns stop firing immediately on cancellation; widgets show as inert.
What happens to your data
When you cancel:
- Within 30 days: Shopify sends us its standard "shop deleted" signal, and we purge all of your campaign data, widget configurations, and analytics history from our database.
- Backup retention: routine database backups continue until they expire (typically after 30 days), at which point they're cycled. After 60 days from cancellation, no copy of your data exists in our systems.
- GDPR data export: If you want a copy of your campaign data before cancellation, request it via Shopify's standard customer-data-request flow - we return a structured export with your campaigns, rules, and analytics history. See the in-app FAQ for the steps from the merchant side.
